These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of garagedoorrepairmaster.com (the “Site”), operated under the name Garage Door Repair Master (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Website purpose

The Site provides general information about garage door repair, maintenance, installation, service areas, and ways to request a quote. Website content is not a diagnosis, safety inspection, engineering opinion, or substitute for an onsite evaluation by a qualified technician.

Quote and service requests

Submitting a form, calling, or sending an email requests contact from us; it does not create an appointment, guarantee availability, reserve a time, establish a final price, or form a service contract. A job is accepted only when scope, timing, price, and any job-specific terms are confirmed directly with you.

Website statements about same-day or emergency availability describe service goals and may depend on location, technician availability, parts, weather, traffic, access, and the condition of the door. If a situation presents an immediate threat to life, fire safety, or security, contact the appropriate emergency service first.

Communications

When you submit a quote request, you ask and authorize us to contact you about that request by phone, text message, or email using the information you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may stop text messages by replying STOP and may ask us to stop nonessential follow-up communications at any time. We do not require separate consent to automated marketing messages as a condition of purchasing service; any such marketing consent would need to be obtained separately.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and service information, have authority to request work at the property, disclose known hazards or access restrictions, and avoid submitting confidential or sensitive information through the free-text field.

Garage doors, cables, and springs can cause serious injury. Do not attempt to release, adjust, or repair high-tension components based only on Site content. Keep people, pets, and vehicles away from a visibly damaged, unsupported, or unstable door and contact a qualified technician.

Prices, payment, and warranties

Any prices or cost descriptions on the Site are general information unless expressly confirmed for your job. Final price may depend on inspection, parts, labor, access, taxes, permits, and approved changes to scope. Payment terms are provided with the accepted job.

Any parts warranty or workmanship guarantee is limited to the specific terms communicated for the completed job. General references on the Site do not create additional warranty coverage. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with Site operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the Site in a way that impairs service, impersonate another person, send fraudulent requests, or use Site content in a misleading or unlawful manner.

Intellectual property

The Site’s text, graphics, branding, layout, and code are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own noncommercial use. No other license is granted without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services for form delivery, analytics, and hosting, and may link to third-party websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party content or availability and are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or omissions.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the Site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that Site content is error-free, complete, current, or continuously available.

Limitation of liability

This limitation concerns the Site and does not replace or limit job-specific obligations, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and availability

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
